OUR STORY

Origin

Workforce began in 2016 while Zac was studying Agri-Business at McGill. What started as small landscaping jobs during school grew into a full outdoor construction company built on reliability and  quality. 

Early foundation

 Long before Workforce operated at its current scale, Zac was immersed in landscaping and construction through family and industry mentors. From a young age, the appeal was taking unfinished space and shaping it with intention. That mindset continues to guide how every project is built today. 

Why it grew

 

The company grew through referrals and repeat clients who valued a hands-on approach and detailed planning.


 Renderings and structured layouts bring clarity to what’s being built, so clients understand exactly what they’re investing in from the start. 


Some projects are completed all at once. Others are built in stages over time. The focus remains the same: do the work properly and keep our word.

Track record

 Since 2016, Workforce has built and managed over eight figures in construction projects across Quebec and beyond, ranging from focused deck builds to full property transformations.

 Today, projects are still overseen directly by Zac and Chris Yassa, maintaining the same hands-on approach the company was built on.
